KATY LOUNSBURY

Katy Lounsbury is an Iowa native. She came to Wisconsin first in 1997, and for good in 2001, to practice labor and employment law, and to enjoy southern Wisconsin’s natural beauty and friendly people.
Katy has represented employees and labor unions before Wisconsin circuit and appellate courts, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. She represents workers and their unions in unfair labor practices, contract grievances, worker’s compensation claims, discrimination claims, long and short term disability cases, and unpaid wage claims. She is one of only a handful of Wisconsin attorneys experienced at bringing healthcare whistleblower retaliation claims. Because of her experience across a range of labor and employment law issues, she is often able to craft remedies that address several work-related issues at once.
Katy and her family live in beautiful Green County. She maintains offices in both Monroe and Madison.
